(02) About me

Hola otra vez.

Ecommerce, people, and a habit of fixing what's stuck.

The short version

I started with brands and products.
I stayed for the numbers.
I lead with people.
And I've learned that the best results come from teams that actually like working together.

Over ten years across fashion product management, ecommerce, Amazon Vendor Manager in seven European markets, luxury fashion marketplaces and freelance work taught me how products, customers, suppliers, accounts and teams fit together. That's what I bring to whichever team, and whichever industry, comes next.

Career / 2021–2023

Brand Specialist → Senior Brand Specialist

Amazon
DatesMar 2021 – Sep 2023
LocationBucharest, Romania
Set-upRemote

My first move abroad, and marketplaces at a completely different scale: managing Pan-European brands on Vendor Central, with responsibility for their Spanish business.

What I did
  • Managed 7 high-complexity accounts representing €50M+ in annual revenue.
  • Worked across Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to improve business performance, availability and profitability.
  • Analyzed customer behavior and business performance to support launches, promotions and demand planning.
  • Managed Deals and promotional programs, and drove adoption of tools and processes across teams.
  • Improved catalogue content quality and built SOPs, workflows and automations that other teams adopted.
What it delivered
  • Promoted to Senior Brand Specialist after 2 years, ranked among the top 5 out of 300+ across the organization.
  • +187% year-on-year net profitability on my top account, through negotiated marketing packages.
  • +444 bps year-on-year profitability on a major brand's Spanish business, and named "First Among Equals" in an internal recognition newsletter (Oct 2022).
  • More success stories and original accolades on the Experience & Impact page.
Why it ended

Honestly, I would have stayed. I had just been promoted and I liked the work. But I wanted to leave Romania, and during the big layoff wave Amazon froze relocations. Staying meant staying put, so I made the hard call to resign and move.

Lombok, Indonesia

The first move I made without a work reason.

I came to Indonesia for a two-week holiday. Something told me this was where I should be, so I listened. Pura intuición.

It taught me that not every big decision needs a business case. It also made me much clearer about what I want from work.

What I care about

I've spent years making numbers go up. Not at any cost.

01

The planet is part of the business case.

I care about what companies and projects actually do to the planet, not only what they say in a sustainability report. It shapes the work I say yes to. I'd rather help a business grow in a way it won't have to apologise for in ten years.

02

Women's rights, safety and protection.

I pay attention to how a company treats the women who work there and the women it sells to, and whether people feel safe speaking up. I want to work in places that take that seriously, not just on one day in March.

03

Growth, but responsible.

I don't believe in constant growth at any cost. Growth should be sustainable and should look at what it does to people, partners and the world around it. Someone in the room has to ask what a target really costs and who ends up paying for it. I'm usually happy to be that person.

And the everyday ones: honest conversations, and practical solutions with the resources that really exist.

What I'm looking for

Remote or hybrid roles in ecommerce, marketplaces, growth or account management, with a team that cares how it grows. Open to relocating for the right match. Or freelance projects where the processes need untangling.
